I placed one order that was perfect. I hit their Reorder button and placed the same order again. These orders were for my client - shipping blind. The client did not open the package immediately. When they did a few weeks later, they found that UZ had for whatever reason inverted the colors. When I contacted UZ, they offered me only 10 percent off a reorder because of the time that had passed. Despite me having the signs available to ship back, pictures, and any proof necessary. They messed up and won't fix it. On top of that, they never sent the coupon code and it isn't in my account. I've tried contacting them about this issue and I can't get a response. I completed their feedback form twice. Their ticket system doesn't allow for replies for me anymore.
UPDATE: Their reply says the order was in March of 2023. That is false. Order# 169846 was shipped on
Wed, Nov 29, 2023. I contacted them and opened a ticket in January. I've added the photo screenshot.

This is my 3rd time ordering through UZ Marketing and I must say they are hands down the best! Pricing is phenomenal, customer service is outstanding, and by far the easiest company to work with. You can order your logo and pay later using Paypal Credit! Plus, take 6 months to pay on minimum orders of $99.
When a logo needs to be done soon we get it done soon. Never later.
