Partner Network Agreement
These are the terms and conditions for joining our Partner Network. Please note: The terms of this agreement are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes to this agreement.
1. Program Eligibility
You are automatically enrolled into the Partner Network after filling out the form. Please note that we reserve the right to review or revoke Partner eligibility at our discretion. Generally, you can start earning commissions immediately.
Please make note: The Program is intended for individuals and businesses located within the United States who distribute or share our marketing materials with other individuals and/or affiliated or related businesses, particularly where such recipients already use similar materials or may reasonably benefit from the use of our materials
2. How You Earn Commissions
- Your referral links
- Banners and other media assets
- Other promotional tools
When a customer makes a purchase from your referral link or any source that tracks through your link, they visit your dashboard and it tracks the following to help you understand the effectiveness of your campaigns:
- Your referral sales
- Everyone else sales
Your dashboard updates in real time (showing your referral activity).
3. Payments
Payments are processed monthly, approximately 40 days after the sale. This delay ensures that the customer doesn’t return the product within the money-back guarantee period.

4. Program Rules
A) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – No SEM ads on Google without approval.
B) Self-Referrals – Purchases made through your own referral link do not count toward commissions.
C) Coupons & Discount Sites – Referrals from coupon sites will be banned and commissions withheld.
5. FTC Compliance (Legal Requirement)
You must disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing links, per FTC guidelines.
6. Use of Your Content
- Republishing
- Sharing
- Featuring on our website
- Featuring in marketing funnels
7. Ending the Agreement
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time.
8. Commission Tracking & Cookie Duration
- Cookies last 30 days.
- If the customer buys within 30 days, you earn a commission.
- If they clear cookies before purchasing, you do not earn a commission.
By agreeing, you accept the terms set forth in our Partner Network Agreement.
