You can pick up your order at our Houston pickup location: 5900 Bingle Road, Houston, TX 77092. Pickup is available 24/7 once you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification.

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Please note that while standard shipping is free, we do offer Rush Production options at checkout if you need your items printed and turned around faster. Exact production timelines and delivery estimates for your address will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Canada. Here is how non-contiguous and international orders are handled:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Yes, we ship to these locations! However, they do not qualify for our free shipping tier and require a custom shipping quote.

  • Canada: Yes! We are currently expanding our Canadian services. All Canadian orders are handled via custom shipping quotes.

  • Other International: At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Need a custom shipping quote? If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, please call our sales team at (832) 598-7226 before submitting your order so we can calculate an accurate custom shipping rate for you.

If you need us to hold an order before it ships, contact UZ Marketing as soon as possible after placing the order. We can check the order status and confirm whether a hold is still possible.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot hold it at our facility.

No. Each individual order can only be fulfilled and sent to one shipping address.

If you need items shipped to different locations, please place a separate order for each destination. This helps ensure each unique shipment gets its own accurate tracking information and arrives at the correct address without any system confusion.

No. Because creating custom artwork requires dedicated design time, all proofs are processed after your order has been placed and checkout is complete.

How proofs are handled depends on your order type:

  • If you selected the "Hire a Designer" option: Once your order is submitted, our graphic design team will begin building your artwork and will email you a digital proof for your formal approval before any printing begins.

  • If you uploaded Print-Ready Artwork: To maintain our ultra-fast turnaround speeds, we do not send layout proofs for standard file uploads. Your files will go straight to production as-is. The only exception is if our team flags a severe technical issue (like a blurry, low-resolution file), in that case, we will pause your order and contact you to secure a better file before printing.

Yes! You can easily update a past design using our online tools before placing your new order.

How to edit and reorder a past project:

  • Step 1: Log into your account and go to your Order History or your Design Gallery.

  • Step 2: Find the specific item or design you want to use and click Edit.

  • Step 3: Make your updates inside our online design tool, save the new version, and add it directly to your shopping cart.

Can't find your file? If your previous design isn't showing up or you run into any trouble accessing the online editor, please call our support team at (832) 598-7226 and we will happily help you locate it.

We offer three flexible options to get your products designed and ready for print. On the product page, simply select the method that works best for you:

  • Design Online (Blank Canvas or Templates): Launch our free, browser-based Design Studio to build your artwork. You can start completely from scratch using our built-in fonts, shapes, and tools, or browse our library of pre-made templates and quickly customize them with your own text and colors.

  • Upload Print-Ready Files: If you already have your artwork finalized in another program, you can upload your files directly to your order. We accept PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.

  • Hire a Designer: Don't want to deal with the design process at all? Select this option on the product page and our professional graphic design team will build custom artwork tailored specifically to your business goals.

It depends entirely on the specific service you select. We break file ownership into two clear categories:

  • Standard Print Layouts (Yard Signs, Banners, Business Cards, etc.): No. When you use our "Hire a Designer" option for a print product, the layout is built exclusively for production on UZ Marketing presses. These files remain the property of UZ Marketing and cannot be released for outside use.

  • Logo Design Packages: Yes! When you purchase a standalone Logo Design package, you get full rights to the artwork and high-resolution files (including vector formats). Note: For special print bundles that include logo creation, the logo may be marked as "design only"; an additional file release fee may apply if you want the raw vector files.

Ready for a new brand identity? Please check out our logo design page to review our packages and file delivery options before placing your order.

If your project requires a proof, you can access and manage it directly from your customer dashboard.

  • If you selected "Hire a Designer":

    1. Log into your account and click on Orders.

    2. Open your active order to view your digital proof.

    3. Select Approve Design to send it straight to the printing presses, or Request Revision to send layout adjustments back to our design team. Note: Production will not begin until you officially click approve.

  • If you uploaded Print-Ready Artwork or Designed Online: There is no separate approval step. To keep your turnaround ultra-fast, your artwork is considered approved at checkout. The only exception is if our processing team catches a critical issue (like low-resolution images or incorrect sizing), in that case, we will pause your order and contact you before printing.

If you approve a proof with a typo, incorrect phone number, wrong date, design issue, or other mistake, the order may move into production as approved.

Please review all spelling, contact information, layout, colors, size, and product details carefully before approving your proof. If you notice a mistake after approval, contact UZ Marketing as soon as possible so we can check whether changes are still possible.

The main difference comes down to targeting. One targets an entire geographic area, while the other targets specific individuals.

  • EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail): This is a budget-friendly USPS program that lets you deliver postcards or flyers to every single address on a specific mail carrier route. You do not need to provide names or buy a mailing list.

    • Best for: Local businesses (restaurants, real estate agents, landscapers) looking to blanket an entire neighborhood or zip code.

  • Targeted Direct Mail: This service delivers your print materials to a specific, curated list of addresses (like a list of past customers, specific business types, or a bought list targeting specific demographics).

    • Best for: Highly targeted campaigns where you only want to reach a precise audience, rather than an entire neighborhood.

Want to map out an EDDM campaign? You can map your audience and see exact household counts by visiting the official USPS EDDM Route Search Tool.

No, unless full mailing services are explicitly added and confirmed with your order. By default, UZ Marketing strictly acts as your print manufacturer for EDDM-eligible product sizes. Unless you pay for an upgraded mailing service add-on, you are fully responsible for selecting USPS routes, paying postage, bundling the postcards in exact packs of 50, and delivering them to the post office.

It comes down to thickness and flexibility. Paper stock is lightweight and bends easily, making it perfect for flyers, brochures, and letterheads. Cardstock is thick, heavy, and rigid, making it the industry standard for durable products like business cards and postcards.

Glossy has a high-shine, reflective finish that makes colors pop and images look vibrant, it's ideal for photo-heavy designs. Matte has a smooth, non-glare finish that gives a softer look and makes text much easier to read.

Tip: If you need to write on your prints with a standard pen or pencil, choose Matte so the ink doesn't smudge.

Because our printing presses require separate setups for each piece of unique artwork, every individual design is produced and priced as its own distinct set. Bulk price breaks only apply to identical prints of a single design.

To order multiple designs, you will need to add them to your cart as separate items:

  1. Go to the product page, upload your first design, set the quantity to 50, and click Add to Cart.

  2. Return to the same product page, upload your second design, set the quantity to 50, and click Add to Cart.

  3. Your cart will now show two separate sets of 50, and your total pricing will be calculated based on those individual item quantities.

Ordering in bulk with lots of different names or designs? If you have a massive multi-design order and need assistance setting it up in your cart, please contact UZ Marketing and we will gladly help you get it sorted!

Yes. Our yard signs are built for outdoor display, but the material depends on the size you choose.

Standard yard signs up to 24x36:
These are made with SmartFlute®, UZ Marketing’s patented light-blocking yard sign board. SmartFlute® helps reduce show-through, so double-sided graphics are easier to read outdoors.

Oversized signs such as 4x4 or 4x8:
These use a heavier corrugated plastic material designed for larger-format outdoor display. Because larger signs catch more wind, placement and installation matter.

If you are ordering an oversized sign, contact UZ Marketing before ordering so we can help confirm the best material and setup for your use case.

It is an elegant, uncoated cardstock alternative defined by its warm, light cream tone rather than a stark white. It features an ultra-smooth texture that gives prints a classic, high-end look. As a bonus, it is manufactured using at least 30% post-consumer recycled content, making it an eco-friendly choice you can feel great about publishing.

NCR forms, also called carbonless forms, are multi-part forms that create copies without carbon paper. They are commonly used for invoices, receipts, purchase orders, estimates, quotes, intake forms, and other paperwork that needs duplicate or triplicate copies.

Our NCR forms come pre-collated and glued along the short edge. They are available in 2-part sets, 3-part sets, and can be printed in full color or black ink, depending on the options selected.

All of our wire stakes feature a standard 10" width to slide directly into your signs, but you'll want to pair the height to your specific layout:

  • 15" Groomer Stakes: Short and low-profile for maximum stability. Best for high-wind areas and smaller 12x18 or 18x24 signs.

  • 24" Standard H-Stakes: Our most popular option for everyday use with 18x24 signs.

  • 30" Premier H-Stakes: Tallest option for maximum grass clearance; best for 18x24 signs in calm weather.

⚠️ Important for 24x36 ("Texas Size") Signs: These larger signs only use 24" stakes, and require two stakes placed side-by-side to properly support the wider footprint and prevent the plastic from bowing. They cannot support 30" stakes.

Yes. All of our NCR forms arrive pre-collated and glued edge-to-edge into finished, ready-to-use sets.

They are bound along the short edge for quick, clean tearing and follow standard industry color sequences:

  • 2-Part Sets (Duplicate): White / Canary (Yellow)

  • 3-Part Sets (Triplicate): White / Canary (Yellow) / Pink

Perfect binding is a premium finishing method where the interior pages and the cover are seamlessly glued together at the spine using a strong, flexible thermal glue. This gives your booklets a flat, square edge for a polished, high-end look identical to a standard retail paperback book.

⚠️ Important Ordering Note: When configuring your booklet setup, please remember that the total page count specified in our product dropdown menus refers strictly to the interior pages and does not include the front or back cover.

Perfect Bound Book

You can download our official guide here: Retractable Banner Stand Instructions (PDF).

This downloadable manual includes complete step-by-step visual assembly diagrams for both our Standard and Deluxe retractable banner models. Please verify which stand style you ordered before beginning assembly.

Our telescopic backdrop stands are engineered for quick, tool-free setup using an adjustable bolt-together frame.

Assembly & Hardware Breakdown:

  • The Frame: Four metal telescoping poles quickly bolt together, allowing you to adjust the frame to fit any custom banner sizing from 48" to 96" wide, and 36" to 96" tall (up to a full 8ft x 8ft display).

  • The Base: Two heavy-duty metal feet are included to provide a sturdy foundation and maximum stability for your backdrop.

  • Portability: The entire hardware kit is powder-coated in a sleek black finish and packs away completely into an included black carrying case.

If you need help confirming the correct stand or setup details for your order, contact us before assembling or placing your order.

Our lightweight X-style banner stands can be fully assembled in less than a minute without any tools.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide:

  1. Unpack: Remove the folding tripod base, the two separate top poles, and your banner from the carrying bag.

  2. Extend the Base: Place the main stand structure on the floor and extend the legs outward to create a sturdy, stable tripod base.

  3. Insert Top Poles: Slide the two flexible upper poles directly into the receiving slots at the top of the center hub.

  4. Mount the Banner: Hook the top two grommet holes of your banner onto the top hooks of the poles first, then gently pull the banner down to secure the bottom grommets onto the lower adjustable hooks.

Color matching is available on select products. If it is supported for your item, you will see a dedicated field to enter your Pantone or PMS codes during checkout.

Here is what you need to know about our color-matching process:

  • What are PMS Codes? The Pantone Matching System (PMS) uses standardized numbers (like "PMS 186 C") to identify exact target colors. This helps our production team get as close as humanly possible to your official brand assets.

  • The Reality of Print: While we aim for perfection, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Final printed colors naturally vary based on the material type (vinyl, plastic, paper), print methods, shifting press room lighting, and how the file looks on a backlit computer screen.

If color accuracy is important, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the best available option.

For the most accurate results, you should always design and save your files in CMYK mode.

Here is a quick breakdown of why this matters for your print quality:

  • The Core Difference:RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is a light-based color meant strictly for digital screens. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is an ink-based color meant strictly for commercial printing presses.

  • The Color Shift: Computer screens can display hyper-vibrant neon shades that physical ink simply cannot recreate. If you upload an RGB file, our system has to automatically convert it to CMYK, which can cause colors to shift or look slightly duller.

💡 Our Production Recommendation:

  • Business Cards, Flyers, & Booklets: Always design in CMYK. These products require high color precision.

  • Yard Signs & T-Shirts: Our large-format systems can handle RGB uploads quite well, but CMYK remains the industry gold standard for total accuracy.

RGB vs CMYK comparison

All print-ready artwork should be designed and saved at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).

Exporting your files at 300 DPI ensures that your text, logos, and images print out perfectly sharp and crisp. Submitting files at a lower resolution (like 72 DPI digital screen quality) will cause your final printed product to look pixelated or blurry.

To ensure your design looks perfect after it is trimmed to its final size, your print-ready files must account for two layout rules: The Safety Zone and the Bleed.

  • 1. The Safety Zone (Stay Inside): Keep all critical text, logos, and important images at least 0.125" inside the cut line. This provides a safe buffer so nothing gets clipped during high-speed automated cutting.

  • 2. The Bleed Area (Stretch Outside): If your background colors or images stretch to the very edge of your design, you must extend them past the cut line. This prevents an unprinted white edge from showing up along the borders after trimming.

    • Standard Products (Cards, Flyers, Signs): Require a 0.125" bleed.

    • Booklets & Presentation Folders: Require a larger 0.25" bleed.

  • Crop Marks: If your design software includes crop marks, ensure they are placed entirely outside the bleed area and are not included inside the final trimmed dimensions.

Pro Tip: The easiest way to get your layout right is to download the layout templates available directly on our product pages. They already have the safe, cut, and bleed lines perfectly mapped out for you!

We utilize a variety of industrial printing methods depending on your specific product type, order quantity, material selection, and artwork requirements.

To ensure you get the absolute highest quality and the best possible pricing, your project will automatically be routed to the production method that best fits your specifications:

  • Digital Printing: Best for short-run orders and lightning-fast production turnarounds.

  • Offset Printing: Used for large quantities where strict color consistency and massive bulk pricing discounts matter most.

  • Screen Printing: Reserved for select specialty items that require ultra-thick ink coverage or highly durable, custom finishes.

When exporting your final artwork from Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, configuring the correct export settings ensures your project prints perfectly.

For the best results, use the following configurations before saving your file:

  • PDF Preset: Select Press Quality or High Quality Print from the top dropdown menu.

  • Compression: Ensure images are set to a minimum resolution of 300 DPI so logos and graphics stay perfectly sharp.

  • Fonts: Always ensure your fonts are fully embedded, or convert your text to outlines before saving to prevent missing font errors.

  • Color Mode: We highly recommend using CMYK color mode, though final results can still vary slightly depending on your chosen material and print method.

  • Bleed Lines: Check the box to include your document's bleed settings if your product requires an extended background canvas.

Still unsure if your setup is 100% correct? Go ahead and upload the best version you have when finalizing your order. Our prepress team reviews every incoming file after submission and will reach out immediately if your file requires any adjustments!

To ensure oversized displays (such as 4x6 or 4x8 signs) can be shipped securely and delivered without transit damage, they are safely scored and folded prior to packaging.

Because our high-quality UV inks cure into a durable, rigid protective layer, folding the sign can occasionally cause small cosmetic hairline cracks or a visible crease along that center score line. This is a normal physical reaction of cured UV ink being folded and does not affect the durability of the sign.

How to minimize the visibility of the crease line in your design:

  • Reduce Ink Coverage at the Center: Heavy ink coverage makes creases much more noticeable.

  • Adjust Your Artwork Layout: Avoid placing dark solid backgrounds, fine text, faces, or critical graphic details directly over the exact center line of your design.

If your project needs an unfolded oversized sign, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what options are available.

For the most predictable results, you should always convert Pantone (spot) colors to CMYK before saving and uploading your final artwork.

Because standard online orders are printed using a four-color CMYK process, leaving active spot colors in your design forces our automated systems to convert them. This automatic conversion can cause significant color shifts or trigger unexpected file errors.

Common issues caused by unconverted Pantone colors:

  • Color Shifting: The final printed color will look duller or different compared to a physical, vibrant Pantone formula swatch book.

  • Transparency Glitches: Adding drop shadows, glows, or transparencies directly over a spot color can create strange harsh lines or digital banding.

  • Accidental White Boxes: Improperly layered vector files can create unintended white blocks (knockouts) around your graphics when flattened by the press.

Here are some examples of what the Pantone color looks like in the Pantone color book and what the CMYK print will look like:

Pantone vs CMYK color comparison (examples)

Our bumper stickers are industrial-grade vinyl decals engineered specifically to withstand everyday outdoor elements on vehicles and smooth surfaces.

Here are the technical specifications and care guidelines for our stickers:

  • Premium Material: Printed on durable 4 mil premium white vinyl and finished with a protective coating to prevent fading from weather and UV exposure.

  • Application Surface: For the strongest bond, apply the sticker to a clean, completely dry, and smooth surface. They are not recommended for heavily textured or porous plastics.

  • Outdoor Longevity: While built for the road, the exact lifespan of your decal will naturally vary depending on your local climate, daily sun exposure, and how thoroughly the surface was cleaned before installation.

  • Adhesive & Removal: We use a powerful, permanent adhesive to ensure your sticker doesn't peel off on the highway. They can be removed if necessary, but they may leave behind some adhesive residue after long-term outdoor use.

We highly recommend that you do not place text, borders, or precisely centered design elements directly on the spine area.

Here is why we advise against spine-specific artwork:

  • Mechanical Binding Shift: During the industrial alignment, gluing, and trimming processes, booklets can experience micro-shifts. If you place a thin line of text or a specific color block exactly on the spine, even a tiny shift will make the alignment look noticeably uneven or crooked on the finished book.

  • The Best Visual Solution: For a seamless, premium finish, use continuous background colors, textures, or full-bleed images that wrap completely around the book from the front cover to the back cover across the spine.

No, please upload your front and back designs as separate, individual files (one file per side).

Even if you are exporting a multi-page PDF, you must split the document into single pages before submitting. Providing separate files allows our prepress system to process your order instantly and avoids unexpected proofing or printing delays.

How to accurately format your double-sided files:

  • Two Separate Files: Upload one file clearly labeled for the front, and a second file clearly labeled for the back (For example: Flyer_Front.pdf and Flyer_Back.pdf).

  • Orientation Symmetry: Ensure both files are saved in the same orientation (either both vertical or both horizontal). If one file is rotated differently from the other, the back of your product may print upside down.

Double-sided files: submit front and back separately.

Overprint is a design software setting that forces an element to print directly on top of the background color instead of cutting a clean knockout space for it.

When overprint is left turned on by mistake, the background ink and your artwork mix. This can cause text or logos to drastically shift colors, blend into the background graphic, or completely disappear.

How to avoid overprint issues:

  • Check Your Settings: Before exporting your final file, ensure "Overprint Fill" or "Overprint Stroke" is turned off in your design platform unless you intentionally want the ink layers to blend.

  • Preview the PDF: Always review your final print-ready PDF with "Overprint Preview" enabled in your document viewer to catch hidden color blending issues before submitting your files.

To ensure the fastest production turnaround, please upload only the final, print-ready files you want us to produce.

Including extra files, such as digital mockups, sample layouts, or reference proofs, can occasionally confuse our production workflow and may delay your order processing.

If you absolutely must include a reference image for our team:

  • Label the File Clearly: Change the file name to "REFERENCE - DO NOT PRINT" before uploading.

  • Add Order Instructions: Leave an explicit note in your order text area explaining exactly what the file is for.

  • Hold the File: Alternatively, you can proceed with just your print files and wait to email your reference images directly to a UZ Marketing team member once they reach out to review your project.

In commercial CMYK printing, blue shades will automatically shift toward purple if the magenta color value is configured too close to the cyan value.

Because digital screens display colors using vibrant RGB light, they can easily show a rich royal blue that physical printing inks cannot match without a specific chemical balance.

The 30% Rule of Thumb: To guarantee your artwork prints as a true, crisp blue rather than a muddy violet, always keep your Cyan percentage at least 30% higher than your Magenta percentage in your color picker.

  • Safe "True Blue" Mix Example: C: 100% / M: 60% / Y: 0% / K: 0%

  • High-Risk "Purple Shift" Mix Example: C: 100% / M: 90% / Y: 0% / K: 0%

If your graphic looks perfect on your screen but is leaning toward purple in our file proofing viewer, simply lower the Magenta percentage in your design software before uploading your final file.

(Note: Minor color variations are normal and can still occur based on material textures, lighting, and ambient screen calibration.)

Rich black is a premium, deep ink mixture created by combining standard solid black (100% K) with supporting percentages of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow.

While pure black ink alone (100% K) looks incredibly dark on a backlit digital screen, it can often print as a lighter charcoal gray depending on the product and material used. If you want a deep, saturated, true-black finish for large solids or backgrounds, you should update your color picker to a rich black mix.

Our Recommended Rich Black Formula:

  • Cyan (C): 60%
  • Magenta (M): 40%
  • Yellow (Y): 40%
  • Black (K): 100%

rich black

(Note: We advise using standard 100% K black for small, fine body text to ensure your wording stays perfectly crisp and sharp during production.)

Visible lines, ridges, or stair-steps in a color fade are known as banding. This happens when a digital gradient lacks enough tonal detail to create a perfectly fluid, smooth transition from one shade to the next.

While a gradient might look smooth on a high-resolution monitor, physical printing presses require a dense amount of color data to blend inks seamlessly.

Common causes and how to prevent gradient banding:

  • Heavy File Compression: Low-quality export settings strip away the subtle color data needed for a smooth transition. Always export your final artwork using a high-quality preset (like Press Quality).

  • Short Transition Areas: Forcing a color to shift dramatically (like dark blue to white) across a very small canvas space limits the available blending steps. Try widening your gradient path.

  • Add Software Noise: If you are working with complex color fades, adding a tiny amount of subtle digital noise or dithering in your design software before exporting can help blend the ink steps together seamlessly.

banding

To ensure your double-sided project prints correctly, always set up your front and back files so the top edge of each design faces the exact same direction.

At UZ Marketing, we print double-sided files using a standard head-to-head layout. This means the top edge (the head) of your front file will automatically align with the top edge of your back file.

Quick checklist before uploading your files:

  • Match Your Orientation: Both files must be saved using the exact same layout direction, either both vertical (portrait) or both horizontal (landscape). Never submit a vertical front side with a horizontal back side.

  • The Flip Test: Review your back design file. If you have to tilt your head sideways or upside down to read it on your screen, it will print that exact same way when the physical piece is flipped over. Rotate your file to read normally before uploading.

Full bleed means your design prints all the way to the finished edge with no white border.

To create full bleed, your background color or image must extend slightly past the cut line. For many products, this is commonly 0.125" on all sides, but you should always follow the template or file setup specs for the product you are ordering.

Standard print: Leaves a white border around the artwork.
Full bleed print: Extends the color or image edge-to-edge.

If a product template is available, use it to confirm the bleed, safe area, and cut line before uploading your file.

Yes, we offer a 14-day Price Match Guarantee as long as all specs align.

To qualify, the competing quote must be for an identical product from a reputable printing company, including matching size, quantity, material, printing specs, taxes, and shipping costs.

For full details or to request a price match, visit our Best Price Guarantee page or contact UZ Marketing with the competitor’s quote.

Yes. You will always see your exact order total, including all product options, shipping costs, and applicable taxes, before submitting your payment.

The price shown at checkout completely reflects the specific options you selected. We do not hide surprise fees. However, your total may change if you request updates or changes to your order after it has already been placed.

Changes after ordering that may affect your total include:

  • Product Options: Changing materials, paper stock thickness, or adding finishes (like foil or rounded corners).

  • Quantities: Increasing or decreasing the total number of items ordered.

  • Artwork Updates: Submitting new files that require extra prepress design help.

  • Production Rush: Upgrading to a faster printing or shipping turnaround time after submission.

If a change is approved, any additional balance or credit will be applied directly to your order or UZ Marketing account.

Prices can change over time due to updated material costs, seasonal promotions, or standard pricing updates.

Common reasons for a price difference:

  • Expired Promotions: A previous coupon, holiday sale, or bundle discount may no longer be active.

  • Material Cost Shifts: The market cost for raw printing supplies like paper or plastic can fluctuate over time.

  • Quantity Differences: Higher quantities receive much deeper bulk discounts, so ensure your current cart quantity matches your past order.

If the price looks unexpectedly different, contact UZ Marketing with your previous order number and we can help review your options.

Yes! If you need custom dimensions, unique materials, or a specific product option that isn't listed on our site, we are happy to review your project and provide a custom quote.

How to request your quote:

  • Fill out the form: Complete our online Request a Custom Quote form with your exact design and size details.

  • Team review: Our production team will review your specifications and quickly follow up with custom pricing or your next steps.

No. Every unique design requires a separate press setup and must be added to your cart as its own individual item. Bulk pricing discounts apply strictly to identical prints of a single design.

How to order multiple designs:

  1. Add your first design and its quantity to the cart.

  2. Return to the product page, upload your second design, and add it to the cart separately.

If your order was flagged, it simply means our file-checking team paused it before printing because something in your artwork or order details doesn't match up.

We do this as a safety net to protect you from paying for a print that turns out blurry, cut off, or incorrect.

The 4 most common reasons an order is flagged:

  • Low Resolution: Your file is below our recommended 300 DPI limit and is at risk of printing blurry or pixelated.

  • Size Mismatch: The dimensions of your uploaded artwork do not match the physical print size you selected in your cart.

  • Printing Sides: Your file upload doesn't match your checkout selection (e.g., you uploaded a 2-sided file but selected 1-sided printing, or vice versa).

  • Color Discrepancy: The design colors don't match your product options (e.g., uploading a full-color design for a restricted 1-color yard sign order).

What happens next?

If your order is paused, a UZ Marketing team member will contact you directly to explain the exact issue and guide you through the next steps. Minor order updates (like correcting a conflicting coating option) or simple file adjustments can often be quickly updated to get your order back into production. However, extensive layout changes, file corrections, or total artwork rebuilds may be subject to an additional fee.

Yes, but only if your order has not entered production yet. Once an order enters production, it is completely locked and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

If you realize you need to make an urgent change, please contact UZ Marketing immediately so we can check your live order status.

Important rules for order changes:

  • Before Production: If we catch it in time, we can pause the order. Please note that design updates, file corrections, or artwork changes may be subject to a design fee depending on the work needed.

  • After Production: Because commercial printing moves rapidly, we cannot stop, modify, or refund any job that has already started printing.

To avoid delays or extra fees, we strongly recommend double-checking your size, quantity, spelling, and artwork setup carefully before submitting payment.

Printing defects, missing items, or order issues must be reported within 60 business days after delivery to be eligible for review, refund, or reprint.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Orders reported after the 60-business-day window may not qualify for a refund, credit, or reprint.

To apply for tax-exempt or reseller status, submit a valid tax exemption certificate or resale certificate with your Tax ID number.

UZ Marketing must collect sales tax on Texas orders unless an approved certificate is on file before the order is placed. Once approved, your account can be updated for eligible tax-exempt ordering.

Rush options may be available on select products and can be viewed at checkout when eligible.

If rush options do not appear during checkout, standard turnaround is the only available option for that item at the time. Availability can vary by product, material, quantity, and current production capacity.

UZ Marketing accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

To keep our production lines moving fast, your card will be securely charged at checkout. Full payment must be completed before your order can be reviewed by our prepress team and sent to production.

Alternative Payment Options:

  • Cash Payments: Cash is accepted for in-person, walk-in orders at our local office only.

Usually, no. If you reorder the same design with the same specs, setup charges typically do not apply again.

Additional fees may apply if you change the artwork, size, stock, finish, or other order specifications.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, missing items, or does not match what you ordered, contact UZ Marketing with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order issues must be reported within 60 business days after delivery to be eligible for review, refund, or reprint.
