"Part Form Quantity" refers to how many pages you would like the NCR form to be. 

• 2 part forms will feature a white sheet on top, with a yellow sheet on the bottom. 
• 3 part forms will feature a white sheet on top, followed by a yellow sheet, with a pink sheet on the bottom. 

This does not refer to printing sides. All NCR Forms are printed as FRONT ONLY. 

NCR Forms are printed in 1 color, Black with white background. Please be advised that if you s ubmit a full color or multi colored design, it may be printed in a single color black. Please also be advised that we do not print using grayscale as a home or office printer would. Our NCR forms will show black ink where there is printable data, and white where there is no printable data
