Update: They reached out to me and offered a reprint of my trailer sign. Finally have time after jobs to open the second one up and mount it and this time it is now 8.5" too long, they didn't even cut it. If you're doing business with these folks, just stop.
I have used UZ Marketing for all of my small business signs, marketing, etc. They do a good job and have good customer service, so I entrusted them with one of my larger projects for my small business. I was excited to have a nice sign designed for my trailer for both an upcoming parade as well as just general marketing while I am out and about working.
With my prior experience of high quality signs and materials through UZ Marketing, I decided to trust them with a custom banner design meant to go on the back of my trailer. I spent more than I probably would have but I had their team design the banner, have it cut to exactly what size I needed and even tipped the design team due to how nice the banner looked online.
Fast forward to the sign being shipped to my location, I unpack it see how nice it looks and realize I need to run to the hardware store to get some bolts that will fit through the grommets and trailer that way the sign is secure. A few days later I finally have everything and I realize that they cut it 1" too long and now the grommets will not line up correctly so that I can secure it.
I reached out to their team to have the issue resolved, but I was told it would be 1-2 days before the quality assurance team could take a look at the issue. They do quality work, but I feel as though as a customer their work can be hit or miss somtimes.
I placed my order on June 18 I ordered 2500 Business cards didn't have to wait long and ups pulled up on June 22 with a box of cards wow it was a great surprise it only took 4 days to get the cards opened the box an I was surprised how great they looked I started showing them to everyone. The cards are much better than I expected. If you need anything printing this is the place to go it's a awesome place . I will be ordering ALL my print needs from this business. This first time I have ever left a review. Like many have experienced with this company, the first one or two dealings with this company are great, until it isn't. Last year I had 50 basic black yard signs made for my business. Everything was great. This year I had 100 basic yard signs made for my business. Turned out great. In that same order, I had 2500 door hangers printed. I had no problems until I opened the boxes and realized that a vast majority hadn't been die cut properly. I called, Customer Service filled out a Support Ticket , I sent pictures of the problem. They told me it would be 1-2 days till I heard back from them. Well its going on day 2/3 and when I called up there they said they'll make a comment on the ticket for them to contact me. I did find out that the door hangers are made by a 3rd party so that will delay the process I'm sure. But if they would just communicate a little better I could still use the door hangers that are cut properly, but with out them even telling anything I'm stuck in limbo. I'm trying to be patient but every day this issue is not resolved, I'm losing time and money. So, with that being said we will see how this plays out. Based on the reviews I don't see this getting resolved quickly or in the customers best interest. I will update as this unfolds. what really sucks is.. I ordered 100 more signs while waiting for my door hangers to come in... but I have faith that they will make them right. It seems like they are good with things in house or at least try. I think its the 3rd party thing and lack of communication that's messing this order up.
Edit: after leaving this review, I received a response from the company via their website. They said they are expediting me a new order and will provide me with a tracking number upon its arrival.
You can order your logo and pay later using Paypal Credit! Plus, take 6 months to pay on minimum orders of $99.
When a logo needs to be done soon we get it done soon. Never later.
