These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with UZ Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") through our website (uzmarketing.com), online ordering system, customer service team, or mobile applications. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or making a
payment, you agree without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Support Policy.
Order Acceptance & Content Restrictions
Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted for production. UZ Marketing reserves the right to accept, decline, or place any order on hold at our sole discretion at any stage of processing.
Content Enforcement: To maintain compliance with production safety and industry standards, UZ Marketing reserves the right to refuse printing services for materials containing explicit adult
content (fine art expressions are evaluated independently), unauthorized copyrighted assets, discriminatory material, fraudulent currency replicas, or non-compliant medical/FDA labeling.
Lawful Use: You agree not to utilize our commercial print services to violate any regional, state, or federal laws, or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Payment, Financial Liability & Sales Tax
By finalizing a transaction on our platform, you enter into a legally binding purchase contract subject to Texas State law.
Payment Authorization & Chargebacks: You certify that you are the primary cardholder or maintain explicit authorization to use the credit card provided at checkout. You assume full personal,
legal, and financial liability for all purchase charges should an unauthorized credit card dispute or chargeback be initiated by your financial institution.
Payment Security: Online payments are encrypted via secure external tokenization gateways. If you choose to save a payment method, your details are managed through secure, vetted third-party
processing networks (such as Authorize.Net). UZ Marketing retains only limited, masked transactional data necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support records.
Sales Tax Exemption: UZ Marketing collects applicable sales taxes as mandated by law. Tax-exempt commercial accounts must submit valid tax exemption certificates for formal review and approval
by our team prior to production initialization to waive sales tax liabilities.
Artwork Submission & Proofing Accuracy
Because custom printing requires precise digital alignment, the customer assumes absolute liability for the fidelity of all uploaded media assets and order choices.
File Specifications: To avoid fuzzy, pixelated, or distorted final products, all artwork files should be submitted at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at a 1:1 printing ratio (100% scale) and configured in CMYK color mode. UZ Marketing is not responsible for printing degradation resulting from low-resolution or improperly scaled user uploads.
Final Approval Liability: The customer is entirely responsible for reviewing and approving all order details and visual comps. This includes checking for typos, misspellings, formatting,
borders, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, incorrect folds, or finished size dimensions. UZ Marketing does not audit or modify print-ready customer files. No reprints or refunds will be granted for client-approved layout errors.
Print Production & Color Tolerances
To maintain high-volume output and pass deep commercial discounts down to our clients, our production lines utilize industrial gang-run printing methodologies.
Gang-Run Tolerances: Gang-run printing combines multiple distinct customer jobs onto a massive layout sheet for simultaneous execution. This industrial process introduces a 1/16" mechanical shifting tolerance between the cut line and the safe zone. We highly discourage adding thin borders to business cards or postcards, as this natural mechanical shift may cause borders to appear
slightly uneven.
Color Conversion & Shifts: All digital files must be converted from RGB monitor configurations into physical CMYK print spaces. UZ Marketing is not liable for natural color shifts or
density variations that occur during this transition. Screen proofs simulate layout and text placement, never exact ink density or monitor illumination. Exact color matches require a separate, upgraded Pantone PMS color matching service fee.
Facility Redirection: We cannot guarantee the specific print shop facility in which your order will be manufactured. In the event of a localized mechanical failure or supply shortage, we
reserve the right to route your order to an alternative production facility to ensure timely delivery.
The 12-Foot Viewing Distance Policy
To protect production velocity, UZ Marketing enforces a strict visibility threshold for grand-format exterior signage:
Long-Range Quality Standards: This policy applies specifically to high-exposure signage meant for long-range communication, including yard signs, magnetic vehicle signs, banners, and large-format
exterior assets.
Defect Definition: Minor structural blemishes, cosmetic ink marks, or small surface variations that are not clearly distinguishable to the human eye from a distance of 12 feet or greater are categorized as within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. These minor flaws do not qualify as product defects, misprints, or grounds for replacement or reprints.
Shipping, Delivery Logistics & Risk of Loss
All production timelines, turnaround options, and delivery dates communicated on our platform are estimates, not absolute guarantees.
Transfer of Risk: UZ Marketing utilizes third-party logistics carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Once a package is registered as officially "Delivered" to the designated shipping location by the
carrier's tracking system, the risk of loss passes entirely to the buyer. UZ Marketing is not liable for package theft, weather damage, or tracking errors occurring post-delivery.
Carrier Force Majeure: We are not financially liable for missed project deadlines, business interruption, or delayed logistics resulting from external shipping disruptions beyond our direct
control. This includes severe weather incidents, transportation system failures, public authority interventions, labor strikes, customs clearances, or local carrier signature releases.
Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned to our facility because the customer provided an inaccurate address, refused delivery, or failed to collect the package, the customer will
be billed an additional shipping fee to manifest a corrected re-shipment. Return shipping overhead is not covered.
Order Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the automated nature of custom manufacturing, financial recovery windows are strictly bounded by your order's production status.
Pre-Production Cancellation: Orders may be canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method only if the order has not yet entered the physical manufacturing queue or prepress processing.
Approved refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear through bank networks.
In-Production Rule: Once an order has transitioned into production, cutting, or any subsequent manufacturing process, it cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded under any circumstance.
Creative Services Exemption: Fees collected for customized graphic design services, layout modifications, or corporate logo creations are completely non-refundable once design work has commenced.
File Delinquency Cancellations: If an order is placed but the customer fails to provide design files, or provides corrupted/incomplete files, UZ Marketing reserves the right to cancel the
stagnant order queue and return the funds via the original payment method.
Job Abandonment & Account Credits
Orders left unresolved consume critical warehouse space and are subject to strict expiration timelines.
Completed Local Pickups: Completed print jobs designated for local pickup will be securely held for a maximum of 30 days post-completion.
On the 31st day, unclaimed products will be disposed of or recycled through our Green Program. Abandoned jobs are not eligible for reprints, refunds, or compensation.
Awaiting Customer Action: If an order is flagged as requiring customer interaction (e.g., failed art files, missing layout details) and the customer fails to respond to notifications within
30 days, the project queue will be terminated. UZ Marketing is under no obligation to issue a cash refund; the outstanding balance will be issued to the user's account dashboard in the format of an internal promotional shopping coupon.
Promotions, Discount Codes & Price Matching
Coupon Limitations: Promotional codes, corporate discounts, and seasonal offers are limited, non-transferable, and structured for single-use utility. Coupons cannot be stacked or combined
within a single transaction. If an order utilizing a coupon code is canceled or rejected, the associated coupon is voided and will not be reissued or exchanged for cash.
Competitive Pricing Program: Price matching requests against external competitors must be filed formally prior to completing your transaction. To qualify, you must provide a current, dated
screenshot verifying the competitor's checkout price, including real-time shipping fees and applicable sales taxes. Product specifications must match identically. We review matching requests within 1 to 3 business days and do not guarantee
an adjustment for every transaction. Promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to an approved price-matched baseline.
